Summerfest Parking 2024

If you’re heading to a show at the American Family Insurance Amphitheater, make sure to give yourself enough time to deal with traffic and find parking before the concert starts. For a smoother experience, it’s recommended to exit at any downtown exits before the Lakefront exit and park in one of the many downtown parking structures. You can walk to the festival from there since traffic near the venue can be heavy.

The Henry Maier Festival parking lots open daily at 9:00 am. Parking costs $40 per day and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. You can either pay at the lot entrances on the day of the event or buy pre-paid passes for specific dates in advance. Please note that tailgating and RV parking are not allowed in these lots. Accessible parking is available in Lot H for vehicles with the appropriate plates or permits. Show your valid Lot P parking pass and permit/plates to the attendant for access to Lot H, but be aware that lots fill up quickly. All parking is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Motorcycle parking is available near the Mid Gate, starting at 9:00 am for $20 per day. You can also park your motorcycle in any of the other lots for $40 per day on a first-come, first-served basis.

Bicycle parking can be found near the Mid, North, and South entrance gates.

Summerfest Advance Parking Passes

• You can buy pre-paid parking passes for specific Summerfest dates online at the Summerfest store
• Remember that traffic around the area can be heavy, and advance parking passes do not guarantee a parking spot.
• If you’re parking at Summerfest for a show at the American Family Insurance Amphitheater, allow extra time to navigate traffic and find parking before the concert starts, as lots fill up quickly.
• Tailgating is not allowed.
• All parking is on a first-come, first-served basis.
